Sorry, Nick, as Sam pointed out it's a closed beta. No one who's not already on it will allowed in.
OTOH, I suspect the final product will be released fairly soon and, even before then, it's likely that an RC (Release Candidate) will make it's way to MSDN -or- be available via the MS site.
