MSDN Library. If you don't have a copy, try searching the Microsoft site for "Excel Object Model" or maybe "Excel Visual Basic". Also, the Excel installation process MAY have an option for "Programmer's Reference", "Visual Basic Reference," or something like that.

You also might benefit from the many threads here about automating Excel, such as Thread #480078, which refers to using Excel's VBA Editor to see the object properties.
