We took Visual Interdev 1 but never used it commercially. Actually it dod a lot of stuff West Wind does now, except far slower. As I recall it used server-side Javascript, something sufficiently "different" that we decided not to proceed. At that time Borland was also perceived as a "risk" by most of our clients.
Up to Version 6 now, eh? Tell us, what are the best features now?

"... They ne'er cared for us
yet: suffer us to famish, and their store-houses
crammed with grain; make edicts for usury, to
support usurers; repeal daily any wholesome act
established against the rich, and provide more
piercing statutes daily, to chain up and restrain
the poor. If the wars eat us not up, they will; and
there's all the love they bear us."
-- Shakespeare: Coriolanus, Act 1, scene 1
