Unless paradox has improved substantially, there is a severe bottleneck during saves- more than 5 simultaneous saves causes a huge speed drop. Back in the days when it mattered we had graphs showing FP2.6 handling >1500 saves per session with 30 sessions, while Paradox had topped at about 5.
Maybe it has improved?
