When selecting a book, keep in mind that even though most of the books for this exam say "preparation for exam 70-100" the exam is quite different from what the books portrait. I would recommend that you start with a thin book (rather than a tick one) and go from there.

As Evan said, make sure to take the practice test from Transcender. Tools used to answer this exam are rather unorthodox. You have better chances to pass if you are very familiar with them.
