I am currently using foxpro win 2.6 running in window 95 . I wrote a code to open \use a
DLL file. Upon issuing a REGFN function (foxtools.fll), I get a foxpro error message :

error# 1098, cannot Open library

What are the probable causes of this and how do I detect the source of the error.
