In my menu, I just made that bar a Command. The command I put there was simply Help

In you code, do you also have SET HELP ON either before or after your SET HELP TO command?

In your distribution files you also have to include foxhhelps.dll and foxhhelp.exe. The DLL has to be flagged for registration.
