Two options for you.
one the kodak image control - wang image control. (should be on your windows disk) read tiff files.and can save a bmp. I cant recall what other formats this control can save as...


or, try infranview. its free, and works great.

The nice thing about tiff's wich is seperate from most other image file formats, is the ability to have multipage images, thats the basic reason that many fax software packages use tiff files as their standard.
