Hi Kjell,

In the Repoprt Designer, right click on the field. Choose "Properties". In the Format field, choose the Expression button (the one with three dots). In that dialog, ensure that the format is 9,999 or whatever is appropriate. Do not use quotes. Also ensure that the "Numeric" is selected in the optiongroup immediately under the Format field.
