Maybe your printer is not Fortran compatible :)

I've seen some printers misbehaving like this. Maybe the field left to the price in the offending row contains some extended characters which get misinterpreted by your printer, i.e. it understands it as "delete this line", and then receives the rest. What happens if your report has couple lines more after this $7997.00. Besides, the other price values don't have the $ ahead, so... are you sure that the last line is in the same band as the others?
