My client just phoned and said he got an error #96, Nesting Error. Of course he did not screen print the messagebox, can not recreate it, and does not remember what he was doing. But the fact that he got the 96 and Nesting Error correct, I am inclined to pursue it. I looked up #96 in the help and have looked for those conditions, but can not find it. Is there any error checking software or some other tool that I can use to find this error?

Is it possible that for some reason the SCAN (or FOR or DO) has an error and then the ENDSCAN causes the #96?
