I'm sending an automated email using Outlook with embedded URL link to our web site that for many is "cut off" and therefore the link doesn't work. I know the URL is long but it appears the body of the message is "reconfigured" with extra CR/LF instead of wrapping around like the way I sent it.

For example, if I include in the body:

This is my web site link. Please click on the link below for go directly to our web site, bypassing the login screen. Once there, please enter counts for lists...

http://www.mywwwserveratsomewhere.com/login.asp?PASSWORD=MYPASSWORDFORTHISWEBSITE

The receipient would receive it formatted like this:

Thus, the password would be invalid. TIA.
