Just tried it in 6 - both ctrl+f9 and ctrl+f10 work as (currently) designed, i.e. one-way. The first minimizes, the other maximizes, neither restores.

This is good news, not just for the ease of work, but politically as well :). BTW, I'm not going to ask to reinstate Filer, but just got something on the behavior of comboboxes - how to blank them. I'll start a separate thread on that, it really doesn't fit into this location.
