Have you ever worked with Front Page ? I dont know about you, but I find the code it makes just about the worst code ever written. from a programmers point of view.

There are some features that Front page has that no other editor has, however, just working with html code and seeing how many times, that front page messed up and reformated my hard work. I eneded up tossing it the junk pile,(along with my ever growing collection of AOL cd's .

I ended up working with dreamweaver, and never looked back. maybe its becuase I could have the gui and the html code open at the same time, on the same screen, that made it so elegant to work with. I would be like having a fox method screen open at the same time has having the form you work on open. it just makes sense

Write a little vfp code, in a table, save and run it. see what happens. then change the color of the table border with the gui , and re run. and never have the editor reformat your code. (something I am sorry to say that Front page did for me all the time.

Front page is very simple to get started with, and can help the novice html coder get started. But just to toss in my 2c, stay away from it for production work.

anyway, thats just my opinion.

In the beginning, there was a command prompt, and all was well.
