our splash screen has an OLE control that is linked to a word file. when we distribute the app there are no problems for 97% of our customers. for the
other 3%, the form is visible but the contents of the word file are not. there seems to be no common type of machine that this fails on. our hardware
person initially thought it was the font, tahoma. however, that has proved not to be the case. has anyone seen this problem?
