>>I am looking for a SQL/ASP hosting company that will allow me to 'push' VFP data into a SQL database hosted on their server via a DSN-less connection string run by a VFP program. Works great locally but i have to do this into a SQL database sitting on the ISP's server. I also have ASP pages that query and add data to the database. Again this all works well running the VFP app and SQL on my desktop. But now i need the SQL database hosted on an ISP.

>The DSN-less connectivity is not really an issue as long as you specify TCPIP as the default connection protocol or specify it in the connection string (search VFP forum for the exact syntax for this, I don't remember off the top of my head).

>Another option if you have the resources is to set up your local SQL Server as a go between and use DTS to move the data from the ISP to your local VFP tables. Just a thought.

>And to answer your question about who is doing it. We are kindof. We have an application hosted at Digex that we replicate to a SQL Server in house outside the firewall. Our VFP application runs inside the firewall, connects via a connection string (DSN-less) and pulls information from the SQL Server tables into VFP tables. It updates the information on the server and that information is in turn replicated back to the ISP server.
