Has anybody seen the following error message before? I got this on one of my Intranet Servers last night. It uses ASP that access a COM object for the data access. Does anybody know what causes this or how to solve it?

MTX.EXE - DLL initialization failure. Initialization of the dynamic link library c:\windows\system32\user32.dll failed. The process is terminating abnormally.
