>I have several project files. Each is located in a unique directory (APP1, APP2)with sub directories (Data,Forms,etc.). These projects are related in that they share common elements. Some projects have multiple dbc's. For example all projects have MAIN.DBC but some projects have EXTRA1.DBC & EXTRA2.DBC, while others have EXTRA2.DBC and EXTRA3.DBC. (Each extra dbc contains tables for a specific module - some apps have several modules, others have only one...)

I use stonefield on multiple databases....
I keep each database in a different directory.
Coremeta and other Stonefield maintenace tables etc .. etc are built for each database... I do not have any of the problems you describe.
