Hi
What's the best VFP 6.0 book for a Fox 2.6 programmer to get up to speed in VFP 6.0. I was considering:
"The Fundamentals: Building Visual Studio Applications on a Visual FoxPro 6.0 Foundation"
by Whil Hentzen (Editor), Doug Hennig (Editor)
I figured I would ask that question on here cause users reviews on
www.amazon.com and bn.com, they are getting 5 stars all from other authors of Foxpro books.
Sure defeats the purpous of these reviews, I used to rely on them a lot. It seems the booksellers arn't carrying Visual Foxpro titles anymore, so I can't sit with a book a few hours before laying down the better part of a $100
However these reviews do me no good. I want to know if this Foxpro Title or any title you care to comment on was worth it to a REAL user of the book in question. These books are not cheap at $49.95+, Tax, S&H
