Well, you can customize your toolbar to add a button for sending mails (you then will need to use FoxUser.dbf, etc. - check FAQ section for Mark MacCasland FAQ about it). This is in terms of user interface. The most complicated thing is to save your report into the format, which could be send my e-mail. You can use John Koziol Frx2Word utility, but I don't think, it can work with the report opened. You can also print to PDF, if you have full version of Adobe (not free) or some other drivers, which allow you to create PDF. This PDF could be send by e-mail as attachment. If you already know, how to send mails from VFP, that's good. If not, you can use Nigel Coates class (from Files section), which works great with Outlook Express or GroupWise.
