Thanks a lot for your help, the problem is solved now, it turned out to be the component itself had a bug in it, i was using the datadynamics Active Bar 1.0.6.3, the 1.0.6.5 release fixed the problem.

It took me a week to figure that one out, man i hate using third party controls i have enought with my bugs to worry about.
