I just installed the new MSDN DVD. Our sys.admin did a network install to a network drive. Then I ran the setup from there.

I have tried installing various collections and typical setup but I cannot get the msdn to work. Everytime I try to find a topic i get :
The local disk does not contain the files for "Installed MSN COllections's local directory" as expected. Please update the location.

The location:
"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio\MSDN\2001APR\1033\"

Seems to contain a great number of files .

As does
k:\msdn\msdn\

But if I point it to this folder it still does not find the collection!


No other developers had any problems except me!
Any ideas?
