Greetings, I recently installed a new NIC in my Gateway computer. I am running Caldera 2.3 Open Linux and seem to have a problem with the PCI bus not recognizing my NIC. The system knows that it is there but it would appear that there is some kind of an IRQ conflict. I am unable to change the IRQ on the 3c905c-TX nor can I set this option in the BIOS. Has anyone successfully installed a 3c905c-TX with Caldera 2.3? I have downloaded the recomended driver from 3Com but that doesn't seem to help. The error seems to be with the buss. Any help or tips would be greatly appriceated.
