I found it. The problem was with my config.fpw
sysmenu=off
This turned off the defaul system menu, but disabled the keyboard '{ctrl+f10}'
I turned it back on and the keyboard '{ctrl+f10}'

I appreciate all your help. I'm sorry to waste you time on a weird thing like this.
