No, the report command has no COPIES clause, but when the user want to preview the report and then print it, you can use this command:
REPORT FORM MyReport TO PRINTER PROMPT PREVIEW
then if the user push the print button from the report toolbar it can point how many copies of the report he wants to print.
When the user don't want to preview the report you can use
REPORT FORM MyReport TO PRINTER PROMPT command.
