Hi Mitch,
I think you're confusing the use of READ EVENTS with the use of the old FPD/FPW READ. Essentially, 99% of the time you only want one READ EVENTS in the entire application. This should come in your starting code (main.prg for most people) after you have setup your menu with DO menu.mpr.
