No I do not worry that Oracle is dead.
But if the ratio was 500 for SQL to 10 for Oracle , as it is for VB and VFP I would worry very much (the ratio is 1 VFP job to 50 VB jobs).
I would have to agree with you that most of the jobs are not on the net. But the same can be said for VB jobs.
I do believe that the jobs on the net is indication for the strength of the tools in the job market.
And my conclusion is that VFP is used less and less evry day.
