As we all know, there are plenty of small but successful burger restaurants besides Burger King/Mcdonalds. The other Burger restaurants may have much smaller market shares, but this does not make them unsuccessful. The key is whether the restaurants have enough customers to meet their bottom line and financial goals.

Bingo!

As long as Fox programmers are still 'out there' there will be work.

What I have gained from these posts is that there is more of a lack of properly skilled programmers rather than available work.

From my perspective that equates to market demand and higher consulting fees, not the dissipation of marketshare.

Or perhaps we should say that market share is diminishing for lack of talent, not opportunity.
