If this was the case, Burger King and Mcdonalds would be the only restaurants to serve burgers and be successful at it. As we all know, there are plenty of small but successful burger restaurants besides Burger King/Mcdonalds. The other Burger restaurants may have much smaller market shares, but this does not make them unsuccessful. The key is whether the restaurants have enough customers to meet their bottom line and financial goals.

That's an excellent illustration of the point! I generally prefer those small restaurant burgers to the others anyway. <g>
