Hi Hiten,

Nice, clean simple interface. Good work!

The only thing I could find any issue (and not a problem) with was the use of a Modify button. Most current Windows apps don't do that, they use a properties window to edit an individual record. Perhaps a double-click in the grid to launch a properties (edit) window?
