I have a database in MS-Access format and I have created a form in VFP and by creating remote view and connection I am able to access the data. But after I close my VFP programme and restate it . It give an error message the connet1.dbf not found. Connect1 is the name of remote view I created and in text box control source I have given connect1.name etc. I know I am missing something please help me out. Please also suggest some ready made software which converts *.mdb file in *.dbf format automatically. As I have to update it every month. Directed access is better option for my work but something is fater and simpler please suggest.
