Hi Mark,
This issue has been hashed out before, and I believe the only is the second alternate report for previewing. But here's something a little easier, knock down your screen resolution on your NT machine to 800 x 600. That's probally why your noticing such a difference compared to the Win95 machines. I keep my NT servers set to that resolution and havent notice enough difference to be concerned with it.
