yeah but so is VFP.... on a WinNT4 ws development box, that had been put thru extreme dll hell (thanks to crystal reports), I would get a gpf related to memory conflicts in fox atleast once a day doing normal workload.

I only got a task-manager-to-the-rescue on my old NT box with CF once, and that was related to not having CF adminstrator configuration settings done right before going to preview in browser.
