Nothing to do with VFP in particular except one of my clients using a VFP app upgraded his PC from Win 95 to Win 98 on a trial version which ran to 1 April 2001.

Now his PC refuses to load Windows or indeed do anything.

Any suggestions what to do - try to reload Win 95?
