Hmm. I do this exact procedure all the time. We have several developers working on the same set of projects, and it is the only way I have been able to make sure I hve everything that's newly added by someone else.

I have also done a similar thing that you decribe, by adding a prg that calls the new ones, 'DO blah.prg' then on compilation, the project manager will want to add them. Hopefully you have been able to solve it :)
