I followed your suggestions and I got the following error:

The test did not succeed.
Some of the information you provided may be incorrect.
Press Back to review the information provided for net service name, or Change Login to change username.'

Here is the information that I provided in the Net8 Configuration Assitant:

I selected Local Net Service Name Configuration

3)What version of Oracle.
Oracle 8i

4)Service Name
oracle.animatedlearning.com

5) Select the protocol used for the database you want to access.

6.1) Enter the host name for the computer where the database is located.
webdev ( Webdev is the NT box where I installed ORACLE 60 days trial version )

6.2) A TCP/IP port number is also required.In most cases the standard port number should be used.

Use the standard port number of 1521.

    )
    (CONNECT_DATA =

      (PRESENTATION = RO)
    )
  )

ORACLE.BANKUNITED.COM =
  (DESCRIPTION =
    (ADDRESS_LIST =
      (ADDRESS = (PROTOCOL = TCP)(HOST = webdev)(PORT = 1521))
    )
    (CONNECT_DATA =
