I am not condemning or whatever, but questioning myself on how can this boy be a Senior Programmer and me an Intermediate Programmer, and yet, my supervisor denied my request to be reclassified to Senior Programmer!?!?!? The reason I am bring this up is because as to my perspective, nothing as right or wrong, just my perspective, that simply adding a new field is fine, but naming it "INACTIVE" instead of "ACTIVE". It would be most user-friendly to show them the text ACTIVE and then a "Y" or "N", rather showing them INACTIVE and then a "Y" or "N". I think this boy is little older than I am, yet, worked here little longer than me, so he wins at any cost? LOL My supervisor takes his words before mine.
OT, as I was analyzing what pay range should be for VFP Programmer (or Database Admin or whatever), amazing it should be ranging from $63,000 to $85,000 (for level III, as most of us here are not all that necessarily Beginner/Entry Programmers, also, as for level II, it's $10,000 off those numbers). I am merely making HALF of that!?!?
FYI, NOW I am brushing off my resume (seriously)!
