If I am not mistaken that was due to a security patch provided by MS and it has not way to get around it.

I got this when I installed the patch without reading the readme. The readme said it would do just that and there was not uninstall.

So I uninstalled outlook and reinstalled it to not have the patch and just live with the chance that it may happen.

What MS did what put a hook in Outlook to give a confirmation box anytime someone does automation on your outlook. Good security measure for anyone who does not do automation.
