Bret, you can use the Remove Programs to remove VFP with no problems, and this is the preferred way if you run into any of the dread "Just reinstall VFP" problems with OCXs or other areas. Just be sure you empty your trash can before re-installing.
Also, anyone who is upgrading from VFP3 to VFP5 in mid-project REALLY needs to keep a copy of VFP3 available. I've had both running for several months with no problems.
