The phrase is: "TK-421, why aren't you at your post?" I remember because it is one of the question in the Trivial Pursuit: Star Wars Edition, and ever since I got that question, I remembered! :)

The THX reference is something about detention block 1138. I think it's Han that says "prisoner transfer from detention block 1138".
