I don't know if the fact that it opens in a new window is doing something. Try from the main page, Downloads, VFP, 599, file info and download. That will be in the same window so we'll see if that makes a difference.

Otherwise, I would see if some kind of cache is in effect in the proxy regards our domain or something like that.
