Hi Jasbir,

It is adviseable that u execute interactive statements requiring exclusive access to tables from a .PRG and try to trap the errors throug .PRG error routines......check if someone is using the table on network
or check if the table u r trying to pack is not open by you
or being used by your application
or is the table opened in exclusive mode....by using ISEXCLUSIVE()


Next time when u r shooting ur prblms b a bit more specific u will get correct & needful advise.
