Analysis Services 2000 ships with SQL Server 2000. Since you're using SQL Server 7.0, you can use OLAP Server which is on the CD. Analysis Services 2000 is the new name for OLAP Server 7.0.

And yes, they both will work with SQL Server 7.0.
