I posted it here because it was so weird. This was a couple of weeks ago. I chalked it up to a user having everything but the kitchen sink open at the time they ran the application. Since then, I've done a recompile without changes except placing the debug info back in and turned it over. Haven't seen it since. That's about all I can tell you.
