Actually, my integrity and values are more important than anything else. I would never treat anyone with anything less than respect and decency.

I get frustrated at the widespread abuse of basic business ethics. I'm a bit of an idealist, wanting to trust that people will do the right thing without needing to twist their arm to do it. However, if I'm to stay in business, I will need to take measures to ensure that I'm treated fairly.
