Are you printing to a local printer (connected to your computer) or a network printer? If the latter, it may be a function of the printer or the way the queue is set up. Sometimes they have the printer send a blank page in between different user's print jobs. If this is the case, I don't think you can do anything about it. If you are using a local printer, try adding the NOEJECT clause to the command.
