In the meantime, I want to start gathering study materials for my elective, 70-029 Designing and Implementing Databases with Microsoft SQL Server 7.0. Can anyone recommend a good study guide or exam cram book for this test? I'll probably get the Transcender simulation as well if available.

The SQL Server 2000 exam is now available. IMO, you should do that one as it will be valid for longer. Congrats on passing the VFP Distributed Exam.
