Are you using Dial-up networking? Are you going through a Proxy server? Are you connected directly to the internet?

If 1, then you can see the IP address through the Dial-up monitor.
If 3, then the IP address is the same. However, I doubt this is the case because 192.168.XXX.XXX is the universal address range for internal networks.
If 2, then there is no way for you to find out as the proxy server "publishes" an address to the internet and translates it back when the return packets come back.
