If I understand you correctly, you can do one of two things:

You can make the PURITEMS table the "main" table of the report and relate it into the STOCKDESC table. This will make sure you get all the orders.

Or, you can make STOCKDESC the "main" table and relate it into the PURITEMS table, but you'll also have to do a SET SKIP TO PURITEMS so that the relation can handle a one-to-many situation.
