I'm pretty sure that control has to be registered on the target machine so that it's in the registry. Have you done that on the NT machine? If not, go to its system32 directory and type:

REGSVR32 MSMAPI32.OCX

Hopefully you will then get a message box confirming that the register succeeded. You might need to do this logged in as an admin.
